Registration-Desk

The Registration/ Hospitality Desk at the conference hotel Waldhotel Arosa will be open as follows:

  • Saturday, August 21, 2021                     16h00 – 20h00

  • Sunday, August 22, 2021                        07h30 – 18h00

  • Monday, August 23, 2021                      08h00 – 12h00

 

A team of multilingual assistants will help participants in case of any questions or necessities they may have. Participants will receive a congress folder, containing the final program of the conference, a certificate of attendance, a list of participants, a name badge, a PDF abstract book and other useful information

Name badges

On registration each participant will receive a name badge which enables her/him to attend the sessions and poster display, welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches and dinners. You are requested to wear it permanently visible at the conference and all related events.

Accommodation

You will receive written confirmation of your hotel reservation together with confirmation of registration upon receipt of the full payment of the registration fee. All changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing to the WRRmod2021 Registration Office. The guest is responsible for payment of all extra charges to the hotel directly upon departure.
